unfortunately it was an error that 4.17 was even a Skins pick as this pick as belonged to 4 teams and currently is Miami's pick, but has never been the Skins. It doesn't look like the skins have any picks in the 4th round.

The Pick was never in the skins hands and the Skins don't have a 4th round pick at all. There for @Pat829 is OTC
