2025 Offseason Thread

At this point I have to assume Ben Cleveland has done something truly horrible to the coaches the way they view his existence as something they really want to replace asap.
Ehh, I think they like him as depth. If they wanted to replace him, they could have just not re-signed him. He was a UFA like three months ago.

Kinda crazy that we are really looking at our first 2 draft picks this year as the big question marks for the defense. If those 2 guys can play serviceable ball, this defense is stacked. Only other question at all is Trenton.

Idk how to say it but Jaire may be us getting back to vibes. We need to be serious and locked in but we also gotta get back to being free flowing and not in our own heads scared to death. Mark Ingram vibes
Real talk you ain't wrong on the last piece. We need some knuckleheads back out there. I respect the all-business approach but sometimes you need a mood lightener too.

If I had a choice I would have taken Jalen (I loved him and his attitude since college) but I can't complain. The guy has all the talent and we got him at a discounted rate thanks to the Lamar relationship.

I'd love to see this defense start to create turnovers in the playoffs. Let's give Lamar and Henry short fields to work with sometimes.

Goaline turnovers need to stop too

Since the news is getting out, CJ Mosley was likely coming back here prior to retiring today. He couldn’t pass a physical though.

Damn.. does that mean Simpson be looking g average?

Nah, nothing to do with Simpson. Mosley was likely to be a minimum deal with no guarantees, and thus, no guarantee of a roster spot. He wanted to come in and compete and the Ravens were open to that for a guy they love and respect.

Which is a year older than last year. I didn’t say he was old I said that players don’t tend to get healthier as they age. There are rare cases of course but this premise is overwhelmingly true.
I agree with you... he's missed a number of games due to shoulder, back etc... Last year was a PCL tear, which he had season ending surgery after week 8. That being said, the size of the contract is worth the risk and when he's on the field he's very very good. Although he can travel with WRs he's been playing on the right side as of late, which will allow Wiggins to stay where he is and he can replace "Turn Your F'ing Head Around" Stephens.

Hell yea been saying it for a while.. need some dawgs.. man if you look at the bucs players, every single last one of them act like they never said a curse word a day in their life

Lamar needs to embrace his gangsta side.
F trying to uphold an image of a “franchise QB.”
Let everyone know if they do a late hit on him, they gonna be green lighted in South Florida. SniperGang goons gonna come knockin. Haitians with machetes.
