I think he wanted to go to Oakland because they're moving to Vegas next year, which is his hometown.

I was unaware of that, but its a good reason non of the less. Really unfortunate for him if that is really the case.

O line help seems like a league wide issue. There just aren't many good ones around. Did something change at the college level or has it always been like this?

I keep saying that for years - if you see good O lineman coming out of college, take him. There will be less of them every year due to shotgun happy college offense and talented ones but not as good will take much longer to turn into pro players.

Be wise to stack your staff with good O line coaches, too.
