i would be interested in how they define inaccurate because some of the clips that they use as examples were put where only the receiver could get it and in situations where there was little separation
there were about 3-4 bad throws but also some where the pocket was literally collapsing around him - lots of these throws are borderline throwaways (where the play's dead but he puts the ball where only the receiver can get it)
also you could say all sorts about the order in which those two tweets were tweeted (let's be nice and call it bait)
i think the reason you'd see that stat manifest in the way it has says a lot about the work coach harris and coach urban did with lamar last offseason that his in rhythm mechanics have helped him take a massive step on plays in phase and that the adage that he was a scrambling qb was always wrong - we anecdotally at some points considered him to be a good passer on the move (and he does throw some absolute darts) but what gets lost in everything is that he's a good pocket passer who has the ability to scramble and make plays but ultimately as a passer he's at his best in the pocket and often with the field spread so he can read everything
