Nah . Queen and Harrison are garbage.
No this is really knee jerk stuff here. They are young and inexperienced players who have an incomplete skill set and OCs are actively game planning around the parts of their game that aren’t developed. Some players are projects and this just comes with the territory.

If Patrick queen had zone awareness like chuck Clark and thumped at just an average level he would’ve been a top ten pick.

some folks have no patience with young players lol

Patrick queen looked just like he did in college but worse imo.. nothing special and doesnt really stand out. He has a long way to go before we can actually call him a decent lb..i never found him to be instinctive enough and now it turns out that he cant even tackle lol.. right now he is in fact garbage.. yea it sounds bad but currently till he tighten up, he is pretty bad

I'm still willing to say not having a good defensive line in front of them is hurting them more. I would say DL is a higher priority than ILB. We need to find the next Haloti Ngata and a new nose tackle to replace Williams. Get good defensive linemen who can take up blocks, open up holes for Queen and Harrison.

Our next draft needs to focus on the trenches. Both OL and DL should be addressed, and addressed often.

From a friend who seems to has a line on shit like this.

I doubt the injury settlement career ending thing, but if it is indeed nerve damage, then Stanley will never be the same again. You don’t mess around with nerve damage

That's why I put a little credence to what my friend said as there could be some nerve damage.

I feel so bad for Ronnie, a good guy who doesn't deserve this outcome.

Now the question is did we rush him back too soon? BIG QUESTION !

Patrick queen looked stellar in college, and as a rookie, he always looked instinctive and decisive, and played violent, his biggest concern in college was that he was a one year starter and he didn’t thud with his tackles. The lack of thud is hurting him right now big time, and aside from that his entire issue right now is just that he’s trying to do too much and he’s freezing himself by overthinking, he had a lot put on his plate by changing his role on the defense and offenses have built entire game plans around window dressing and play action to confuse him specifically, and it’s also in our scheme to leave certain players on an island and frankly that shouldn’t happen with a player like queen this early in his career. This is a problem of just inexperience and it’s been compounded by a bunch of shit, including the safety who usually handles a lot of the TEs and screen game the most being injured, which not coincidentally is where queen has struggled the most.

give. The kid. Time.

I certainly hope not

Wonder what kind of surgery they are performing on him, because it's not like the ankle is still broken.
