Because our backup QB, backup O line and backup RBs are not good
Well, yes, the Ravens did lose: 20-19, in fact.
tbf i think he was out-snapped by all the active WRs this week anyway
and when we went to 01 personnel he was the guy not on the field - Wallace and Duvernay both out-snapped him (as well as bateman and hollywood)
but yeah proche being inactive with watkins sat on the bench seems odd to me

Also no reason to start Lamar, long shot to make the playoffs and just keep Huntley out there. Lamar needs all the time to begin healing for next season.

And probably would have done better if we didn't inexplicably cut his snaps for a couple of weeks for no apparent reason

Another tough loss, at the end of the day we were just outmanned. Donald and Miller took control in the red zone, a lot of talent on that D. Was cool to see Jimmy trip up the Rams RB for a loss on their last drive, too bad we couldn’t stop them on 4th down there, great catch by OBJ.
Gotta be proud of a team that continues to be competitive despite all of the injuries. Looking forward to slamming the squealers next week.

I guess we celebrated when we won the division but I don’t really think we went as crazy as they are being

I really wish the Rams scored earlier, sometimes keeping a team out of the endzone too long will come back to bite you knowing we gave up that 4th down on a magnificent catch by OBJ.
The team needs to address late game breakdowns this offseason, the defense, even going back to the beginning of last year have had issues with coverage and communication towards the end of game no matter how well they played for the entirety of the game. You need to seriously close there. They played a good game today but you need to make a stop when it matters most.
QB play was never an issue, Huntley and Johnson did enough to win us games, they put us in a great position, extended drives and put up points. I think this is the one game having Lamar would have made a major difference since the big plays were missing here.
Offense waited too long to snap the football at times and it's allowed the Rams to get a jump on the Football. At that point scoring a TD should be a priority, you'll literally be up two scores in you get a TD there and the game is over, what unbelievable mismanagement there by not only the players but the coaches as well.

Well that’s gonna be our competition and they have better luck than we do recently and picked the right years to suck. We just get the worst injuries and then draft busts or sign busts. I swear 2019 better not be the one year
