Looks like Monken atleast got a assistant(Danny Breyers) that he's familiar with added to the coaching staff and it also appears that coaches like Urban and Ver Steeg have new title/role. You can check here

Chris Hewitt is the secondary coach and also the pass game specialist??????

Also Dubb is the assistant WR coach?

Urban not on the list
Ver Steeg not on the list

pass game coordinator - think he had that role last year too btw
dennard wilson is the new DBs coach replacing D'Anton Lynn who did that last year...

don't hate Dubb as an assistant WR coach tbh - i do prefer that clarity to what he had before

and you need to look a little further down to find Urban and Ver Steeg - both have the title "senior football analyst/game planning" - feels like a huge step down for Urban and im surprised he couldnt find another role on another coaching staff tbh - for Ver Steeg this is basically what his whole career has been like... they clearly like having him on staff but there's not always a position group available for him to coach

all in all it's a pretty phenomenal looking coaching staff - filled with rising stars and established highly regarded coaches at basically every position coach spot... and even a bunch of the assistants too

Ravens Ring of Honor
The AFC East is shaping up into a really solid division. If the Jets can complete the Rodgers signing and Tua can stay healthy… that’s gotta be a three playoff team division. Especially if Rodgers can return to is 2021 MVP form. We need to keep pace with the Bengals and win the North.

Giardi just has a 1 minute monologue just blasting us lol. And more than just the Lamar situation. Like the whole roster and money management, draft picks etc

lol what?
i can understand criticism of the lamar thing...
but the roster's in a great spot for this time of year and with the cap/money managed in a way that we could take a QB franchise tag contract under the salary cap without gutting the rest of the roster

like what were his specific criticisms other than the lamar thing?

He said the Lamar situation, Huntley is not tendered yet, WR room sucks, CB is barron behind Hump, just lost Calais, MP, and Clark, and with all that being said we only have 10M and 5 draft picks to fix it. Which he said is not a lot to wok with

doesnt understand the roster then lol

CB is missing 1 starter but has some young depth and the backend as a whole is loaded with quality
Chuck was always going - which if he knew anything about the roster he wouldnt have mentioned
WR sucks sure... most teams have a position that sucks at this point in the year

and huntley not being tendered was also obvious to literally anyone paying attention too...

the lamar situation and what happened at WR last year are legitimate questions/criticisms... the rest is bullshit from someone who hasnt actually looked at the ravens roster before the last fortnight

Agreed the issues are Lamar, WR, and kind of limited resources in terms of money and picks.

right but the limited cap/money is related to lamar
the limited capital is related to roquan smith and the free agent spend last offseason - and this roster really isnt that far away

we have limited resources but not that many big holes
id love to have a bit more cap and a 2nd round pick - but id rather have lamar and roquan

only teams with poor rosters have cap space to spend freely each year - the only teams that can remake their rosters in free agency are the ones who didnt have players worth retaining

you plug holes in free agency, you dont rebuild your team there

TE, wtf???

BRONSON KAUFUSI TE, NEW YORK JETS

Jets signed TE Bronson Kaufusi.

Kaufusi last played in a regular season game in 2019, when he suited up for the Jets as a linebacker. A former third-round pick by the Ravens in 2017, Kaufusi has appeared in just nine games during his NFL career. He has since converted to a tight end, a position he last played in high school, as he'll now try to earn a roster spot with the Jets this offseason.
