Haven't got a clue. I suppose maybe either a) they still thought they could compete at the time (seems dumb) or b) maybe they did think they could keep him this offseason, and now they realize they can't.

I think people expected too much. Nothing of note will be done until the Lamar situation is settled. I think Queen is a potential trade piece for a CB or WR, but nothing really outside of that.

The Chuck Clark thing was more about wanting to keep his role. My guess is he's not mad about how things played out. From what I know the request was only made after drafting Hamilton. Everything else checks out

it is, but this year we have less picks than in recent years. It will still be a lot of fun.

The draft party at my house is always intense and we all create mock drafts ...one with trades and one without trades to see how wrong we are
