which means josh rosen is heading to cleveland im afraid

Nope, they'll trade his rights away to some team who wants to jump the Giants for Rosen. Then Rosen will go on to be a great QB while the Browns keep looking for their quarterback almost 20 years after they returned to the league.

I think the browns are going to keep Jackson and fire the GM

Sorry about that. Thought that was where you were going. My bad

He definitely throws with anticipation and constantly throws his receivers open.

Flacco is always compared to Ryan, because they came out the same year. If it were any other qb you were talking about, I wouldn’t have a second thought.

Naw! I get it!

I just think that it is interesting that every time some one mentions Ryan in a positive way, a Ravens fan has to quickly throw Flacco into the mix in attempts to prove that he is the "better" QB out of the two.

Btw, today Ryan passed 40k yards.

which despite all the bad press the front office is getting i think would be the wrong way round - there's a lot of talent on that browns team - and as a lions defender today said (cant remember which - might have been glover quinn) this browns team is more athletic than maybe 24 out of the 32 teams in the league at least and they have outgained their opponents in 5 of their 9 losses (obviously some of that will include garbage time but that's still pretty damning on the coaching staff that they cant win a single game yet)

but if that front office doesnt get their hands on a qb in the first round this upcoming draft then they deserve to be fired but not until that point - but they've compiled themselves what looks like its going to be 2 top 10 picks this year... they should get the 3rd year that a lot of poor teams being revamped need to finally turn the corner

They did all that without a franchise qb. I completely forgot about the 2nd 1st round pick.

they have their own first round pick which is likely #1 and then the texans 1st and 2nd round picks which will be high picks too - at the moment houston's pick is also in the top 10...

the browns need to give this front office 1 more year to nail this offseason because if they get this offseason right they can finally get this browns team relevant and frisky - but if they bring in a new regime with a new plan they might undo the work and methodology of this new front office - it takes more than 2 years to undo a 20 year devestation

Yeah I say stick with the process, draft a good QB and the best talent left with the other top 10 pick and see how they do.

the pats are showing teams how to take advantage of the linebacker spot still - running backs in the passing game and lots of them - split them wide and its a massive mismatch

i genuinely believe that's why we went after woodhead before literally any other free agent this offseason

Yeah, I, looking forward to having Woodhead back next week. Pretty sure we will have some of these plays, even with Marty at the helm.

I don't think the Ryan Flacco debate is as relevant today as it was in years past. Today it is a laughable comparison at least in terms of production. Yes there is always a tendency to exaggerate Ryan's weapons and also exaggerate the lack of Flacco's weapons, but if one were to be honest, you would conclude that had Steve stuck to his guns on that draft day in 2008, we would be a different franchise ( a better one). Again it is only my opinion.

Your absolutely right, they need to keep everything in tact, but I’m not sure there owner will be patient enough.
