Wouldn't surprise me. They are normally a team that waits until the last minute before making deadline-type moves. I figured they'd do same with Judon but they were first team to use the tag.

I'm told the #Ravens have also been involved in communications on SFA LB Christian Kirksey as well, though he has not visited their facility, at this point, per source.

I’m cool with Derek Wolfe(still trying to figure out why multiple people here have referred to him as some variation of dick) but yeah I have zero interest in Christian kirksey and if THAT is what we end up with from this Judon hype then fuck off.
edit: nvm just seen that kirksey is a FA and we obviously wouldn’t trade Judon to Cleveland anyway if he wasn’t. If he’s a small signing then ehh

Age 30 is pretty much death for most NFL players. They get cut and then if they're lucky they get a year or two of more cuts and some salary.

I'm not sure what happened with Jones, but Rhodes was simply a liability and the Vikings needed to create cap space.
But still crazy to think how fast his play has fallen off
haha now *** has apparently been spouting off his bull on radio - he keeps seeming to claim that the ravens can just spend more money than the cap says we can... he keeps purposefully ignoring (or misunderstanding) that we still have a hard cap and that you can only spend more cash if you have the cap space or else you just put yourself in future cap hell

I literally heard this on the ride home today, he said they’re at 140m in spending and the cap is projected at 200m so he was like “open the wallet then! Spend some money stop being cheap!” Or something along those lines.

I don’t understand how he can still have a job anywhere - he has no football sense, no ability to analyse and on top of everything else he’s supposed to be an insider but either he has no contacts or his contacts frequently just outright lie to him
