Training Camp and the Preseason

Don’t know why Houston is being discounted so much. Deshaun Watson is the truth, they got one of the best wr corps in football, really good defense overall, if they can get some better play from the OL they can be good
The only eternal truth my man is Lamar Jackson. Beyond him the others are just acceptable versions of the truth....

Why everyone counting out jags?
Wasn't counting them out - just wasn't predicting them to win the division. There is no clear favorite, so it would not be crazy at all if they were to take that division.

AFCN has become (once again) the strongest division in the NFL (kind of unfortunately for us). I suppose the NFCS could make an argument for that top spot.

I also wouldn't sell NFC North short. Packers have Rodgers, Vikings on paper should be contending for a SB, the Bears are an amazing defense and if Mitch takes a step forward could lead them where they want to go, and the Lions exist.

True ... NFCN does have a lot going for it now that the Bears have come on. I just don't know how long Rodgers can keep the Pack relevant. Him and his primary receiving weapons can only take them so far.

That is something! I was thinking a 6th from them which isn't the greatest considering a sixth from NE is essentially a 7th. A fourth is better than I expected.
Way better. Bill must see something in him that we don’t, but I doubt he’s gonna work out considering he’s about as sharp as a marble and smarts is the one prerequisite to the pats

patriots have so little talent now on the OL with their centre getting blood clots - i think they were looking for anything that might be able to give them at least backup level play on the line

i knew it couldnt be a 6th because the cardinals took the pats 6th for an OL literally an hour or so before we traded Eluemunor

a 4th rounder is crazy though lol

this puts our updated 2020 draft picks to:

Original 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Extra 4 (NE)
Extra 5 (Vikings)
Conditional 7 (Jets)
Projected Comp 3, 4

which would leave us potentially with

1
2
3. 3
4, 4, 4
5, 5
7

and if bethel gets cut before week 10 we can potentially recoup a 5th rounder (depending on the play of brent urban) but if urban doesnt play much id expect us to be more likely to cut bethel because it would recoup a 4th rather than a 5th

You missed a 3rd. 7 picks in the first 4 rounds is awesome. I'm hoping more so than ever that the pats have a terrible year.
