This is exactly why you bring him in as HC. His scheme and innovation is here to stay. I think he also blends well with what EDC envisions with the track team around Lamar.

In regards to McDaniel its all about can he lead a team ? Former raven Deshon Elliott called the dolphins soft when he played for them but truthfully this generations of ravens is soft too so maybe it will work out .
