Raiders agreed to terms with QB Marcus Mariota, formerly of the Titans.
He'll slide in as the current backup to Derek Carr, though this could still be a fluid situation. Mariota, the former No. 2 overall pick of the Titans, turns 27 later this year and is fresh off getting benched in Tennessee as he watched Ryan Tannehill lead the same group to the AFC Championship game while topping the NFL in yards per attempt and QB rating. Getting so vastly outplayed by Tannehill is not a good sign for Mariota's future, but perhaps Mariota can "Tannehill" Carr out in Vegas at some point.

Case Keenum was a good signing with the Browns and Kevin Stefanski. Stefanski may not have been OC when Keenam took the Viking to the Championship game, but he is familiar with him. It was good signing at a very fair price.

Saints re-signed Drew Brees to a two-year, $50 million contract.
Never in doubt. The full details have yet to leak, but the 41-year-old's contract likely includes a void in the event he hangs up his cleats in 2021. Brees was on record of wanting to make at least one more run with the team currently in place and he'll have a chance to do so on what's arguably a team-friendly deal. Taysom Hill's first-round tender remains a mystery since the all-around backup quarterback will be 31 if Brees plays out both years of his new deal.

I wonder if the Chargers will make a play for Brady. I could see him going there or the Raiders. I just don't see him a Buccaneer...lol.
His wife would love it in LA. She could pursue a career in the entertainment sector like acting or something.

Bears signed DE Robert Quinn, formerly of the Cowboys, to a five-year, $70 million contract.
Quinn will get $30 million in guarantees, which puts him around the 10th highest-paid player at his position. The nine-year veteran showed last year that he still has a lot of juice on the edge. He racked up 11.5 sacks, 22 QB hits, and 13 tackles for loss for Dallas. If Quinn can come close to replicating those numbers, the Bears will be in great shape along the defensive line with Khalil Mack still obviously creating chaos. Quinn will be through his age-34 season when this contract expires.
