SEAN SMITHDB, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

Free agent CB Sean Smith has been reinstated from indefinite suspension.
Smith served roughly half a year in jail after reaching a plea agreement in a felony assault case. Smith attacked his sister's boyfriend. He was discharged last September but then suspended by the NFL. Going on 32, Smith had a rough year in 2017. His playing days are probably through but perhaps he had enough useful seasons to get a second chance.

The NFL is considering review for certain flags.... it will be one of many discussed at the Owner meetings in Phoenix on Sunday. Since that was a hot topic, I'm only including these two:

  • 6. By Competition Committee; to amend Rule 15, Section 2 for one year only to expand the reviewable plays in instant replay to include fouls for pass interference; also expands automatic replay reviews to include scoring plays and turnovers negated by a foul, and any Try attempt (extra point or two-point conversion).
  • 6a. By Competition Committee; to amend Rule 15, Section 2 for one year only to expand the reviewable plays in instant replay to include all fouls for pass interference, roughing the passer, and unnecessary contact against a player who is in a defenseless posture; also expands automatic replay reviews to include scoring plays and turnovers negated by a foul, and any Try attempt (extra point or two-point conversion).
From what I'm reading, this would only be for if a flag was thrown, and not a missed call. So the NFL looks to be putting a band aid on it while not covering the actual problem of missed calls.

would be a major improvement if it passes - especially if those are automatic reviews - means its on new york to make a judgement on the accuracy of a call too

Do you have DirectTV so you can watch Ravens games where you live, Would you drop DirectTV if Sunday Ticket had an alternative? Goodell has said the NFL is considering ending the exclusivity of Sunday Ticket to with DirectTV as they look for more ways to expand Sunday Ticket, including Online Streaming. This would first happen in 2020 where the NFL has an opt out of the exclusive agreement. Gotta say, with the cord cutting trend and streaming being a big deal it's about time the NFL catches up Sunday Ticket to the year 2019.

“We’re having great discussions with DirecTV and AT&T,” Goodell said. “We’ve had a 25-year partnership and we want to continue that partnership, but we also are looking to see how we can change the delivery.”

He continued: “We’re looking to make sure that we continue to deliver this package, which is a premium package of great content. We want it delivered on several different platforms.”

I had some major improvement with my linebackers and DBs including my CB depth and Safeties all around. I have a number of ways I can go in the draft, but will probably go BPA for most of the draft.

It's amazing how one of the greatest TEs in league history is a guy who looks and acts like a college dude-bro frat boy LMAO.

not only that, but he did that while also being coached by bill bellicheck... extra impressive

he was so good that BB just had to deal with Gronk's shit
