Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful speech. His dad is literally Jim Harbs with the FaceApp LMAO. My favorite part of the speech when he told the players to play like the season's on the line.

As far as regular seasons are concerned, this year's Ravens are by FAR AND AWAY my favorite in the Harbaugh Era. If we can win a Super Bowl with this squad, man............................

Honestly it ended up harder then expected. The Bills and 49ers actually being good turned out to be a pretty big surprise. When I saw the schedule I figured the Ravens had 7 VERY easy games 4 winnable division games, a matchup against the overrated Texans, and then the other 4 would be tough.

yes, but he has deserved it this season.
 
If Hayden hurst keeps playing like this, and if Lamar keeps going his way and all 3 TEs are getting fed often... look out.

And the forward option we used on goal line, use that ANYWHERE on the field with hurst, we’ve seen a few plays where that same deal is somewhat improvised between Lamar and hurst, but if designed that could be a big play waiting to happen, bring them in for the Lamar run and sneak Hayden right in front of him for the shovel pass. We’ve seen it 2 or 3 times but it was never ideal setup because it was an off the cuff play.

maybe for the first time in years we had a screen game that was vaguely functional

We make almost zero effort to call screens too, and when we do, and it’s a respectable play call and not a nonsense trick screen, it almost always works, Ingram has been deadly on screens.

Hurst is an ideal screen TE, which is a pretty rare thing, we really need to make that a thing that we do. I’d love to see us run pistol wishbone with Boyle inline, ricard strong side FB and hurst weak side, play fake to Ingram then send Boyle Ingram and ricard out wide for the convoy and hit hurst with the screen

not many teams do that forward flip to the TE screen type play - Kelce is lethal on them - you're right though it does feel like the kind of play that hurst might be quite good at

the only difference is that the chargers had a safety deep over the top of andrews so the throw against the chargers had to have more touch on it but the bills used that safety to create an overload and have a free runner - so lamar had to identify the free runner and take a shot while also putting that throw in the exact right place

but similar concepts for sure
 
Like I said. Tough stretch and don't care how it happened, the team pulled em out. Look at the Patriots and Seahawks today. The fact they've won games not playing their best ball against good teams says something about our guys.

luckily - as long as the seeding holds (doesnt matter if they are the 2 or 3 seed) then we wont have to play them until the conference championship game anyway

Dude I think you are missing the point. This team is bonding by working for each other, the Bills fired Greg and this is the teams way of getting revenge and the whole team supporting him. Great leadership by Harbs.

Playoff Andy Reid is in full effect so far.

But I too am goddamn terrified of KC coming here. If mahomes replaces Allen yesterday, they hang 3 TDs on us in the first half because Allen was overthrowing receivers with 2 steps
