I think the Bucs just need to fix things on defense but if they re-sign Perriman they are going to have a deadly offense. Evans, Godwin and Perriman? Bucs might be a sneaky playoff contender in 2020.

Any receiver who wants a prove-it deal/is in the last year of their deal should want to play with either ryan fitzpatrick or jameis winston - qbs who are aggressive to a fault but give their receivers tons of chances to make plays and compile yardage and stats on top
