I dont really disagree at all with your statement when it comes to James Urban. It all comes down to how Greg Roman feel about the situation.Im not doubting Urban skills as a quarterback coach but most of his experience doing so was under Marty Morhinweg. Now Marty is gone and I have no clue if Greg Roman plans to change the offensive system entirely. Urban has more experience as a wide receiver coach than quarterback coach in all different types of offensive system since The Bengals have went from having Jay Gruden, Hue Jackson, Bill Lazor and etc as their offensive coordinator. The Ravens could move him to wide receiver coach just base off his resume along in that area cause he clearly would be one of if not the best wide receiver coach available if he was a free agent but at the same time they could also make him a passing game coordinator as well while The Ravens have more seasoned quarterback coach work with Lamar Jackson.
