i think it does with lots of players but it would be ronnie's first major injury of his pro career after putting together 4+ years of exemplary work which culminated in him being an all-pro in his 4th year (and clearly the best LT in the league), one injury doesnt change those facts at all - so unless it's a clearly career threatening injury, he'd be paid basically the same regardless but maybe with some roster bonuses in year 1 in stead of some base salary (which would likely be fully guaranteed in year 1 and 2)
either way whenever he gets paid he's going to be the highest paid LT in the league injured or not
