Lol, yep - you both are crazy, who cares what numbers they wear.Ah so I’m not the only one
If anything some wacky number pairing would be great. Unique NFL LB duo smashing people. 47 & 48.

queen needs 57. Idk if it’s actually a legacy number but it feels like it is. It’s a trend I really like and I don’t wanna see it die with my favorite ravens LB since Rayyeah that seems odd - unconfirmed so guess its just rumours that nobody bothered to fact check
as far as im aware LBs can still only have between 40 and 59 but the waters are muddied in the nfl now with dimebackers etc. - harrison doesnt fit that mould but who knows - maybe he can finagle it
tbh i doubt he'd care that much - my guess is he takes 59 because its as close as he can get number wise to his college number (or 57 because it's a legacy LB number)
For one, I think with the ravens font certain numbers look hideous, 40s aren’t hideous but I think 30s are. And 2 it just feels tacky to me, it feels like you play another position lol or it feels like high school or college.Lol, yep - you both are crazy, who cares what numbers they wear.

I literally change the numbers on Madden because no linebacker on my team is wearing 40 something. I have to reconcile this somehow.

I correlate nfl numbers with certain ranges because there’s been ranges for as long as I’ve been watching; and as far as I know 40s used to be reserved for dbs and RBs and TEs and they allowed LBs to wear it within the last decade, I could be wrong but I think that’s the history on it. At the very least, no LBs wanted to wear 40s even if the nfl allowed it, because the first Bigger name LB I can recall with a 40 in the nfl was Vic Beasley
It’s not that I don’t like the font, I just don’t like certain numbers in itYes. It's time for us to all be real, our number font looks like garbage. Its only unique because every other team with eyes can see how ugly it is.
This is the first time I've seen them releasing combine footage. Wish they released more though.
I tend to agree. He had one year of starting experience with a talent laded team, both offense and defense, and with a great offensive coordinator. I think he is going to be comparable to Jared Goff and Carr.Random thought: Joe Burrow isn't going to be good.
College record books are full of noodle armed QBs who filled the stat sheet but became league average pros at best because of their lack of ideal traits, and Joe is no different. He is a warm weather sec QB with a noodle arm and small hands, how will he be able to consistently drive downfield in the AFCN snow and rain and wind against NFL talent?
this is the random thought thread so....this is pretty random.
How about making sure Suggs has his weight in order and bring he and McPhee back? Rotate McPhee and Jaylon heavily with Suggs 3rd in the rotation

I disagree very strongly here. Joe burrow is an extremely anticipatory qb, he just has Peyton-like intuition and understanding of coverages, he isn’t a noodle arm either he just isn’t a rocket armed type of qb, he still makes tight window throws constantly because his release timing is so perfect and he’s seeing windows before they open. He’s also super poised in the pocket and an underrated athlete and has supreme confidence in a very good way.Random thought: Joe Burrow isn't going to be good.
