Honestly it sounds pretty coach speak to me. Always talk up the lower end of your roster and manage expectations on the higher end of the roster.

Still feel have trauma from this game. I remember the 2nd half when they started playing black and yellow as everything went to shit for us. That's what made that opener feel so damn good. Then Tebow in the WC was a thing of beauty.
