The Random Thought Thread

I still can't get over the fact Jacksonville have a spa pool for idiots in the stands, while their QB walks injured and in obvious pain a few hundred yards to the locker room.
It’s funny because that’s some luxury boujee stuff you see in Miami or LA. Jacksonville is red neck florida, the in stadium pool does not fit their fans personality

Enticement to get fans in the seats. Jacksonville has historically struggled with ticket sales.

I'm going to that game in two weeks, and I can tell you tickets aren't expensive and there's plenty to come by. I doubt they come close to selling out even before the injury. And its certainly possible Lawrence is back by then too.

NFL teams in Florida in general don't typically sell well.

if the jags or dolphins get the #1 seed that would probably be like a home game for the ravens with the crowd

I keep thinking about snagging tickets but I’m not sure I want to make that three hour drive back to Tampa late at night . I actually enjoy TIAA Bank Field, not a lot of bad seats. It’s the Jax stadium area and city that are boring IMO. I’ll always make the trip to Miami when the Ravens visit

How come?
Think Miami does better crowds, but generally speaking, Florida football teams don't draw well. I guarantee there will be a shit ton of Ravens fans at the Jags game in two weeks.

It's similar to going to SoFi to watch the Chargers. It won't be a close to a loud home game for the Ravens, but the home crowd isn't that loud, and there's plenty of tickets available for Ravens for those games.

Miami fans in general do a terrible job of representing. Even when the teams are good. Every Miami game I have gone to the other teams fans tend to drown them out.

Packers, Ravens, and Chargers
