Drew Brees is deadly with TE's. Flacco isn't in the same stratosphere.

I don't think anybody would argue that Flacco is as good as Drew Brees. But putting solid, smart TEs (Heap, pre-injury Pitta, Daniels) on the field has always been one of the better ways to maximize Flacco. Watson has been an extremely intelligent football player who can read defenders and find ways to get open.

The latter isn't available. He was placed on the suspended list to serve the two games. He's operated as their starter and will likely be that once he returns.
 
Cole Hikutini is a pretty good pass catching tight end with some speed. Not very effective inline but if we are looking for a developmental TE with upside to fill out the practice squad, he works.
 
Bills just cut RB Jonathan Williams who was slated to be their number 2 RB according to Ian Rapoport. Wouldn't mind signing him at all.

Kind of - started pretty good as a rookie but had bad second season. Looked like getting into habit of fumbling the ball. Not sure who else they have beside Howard. Mizzell won't replace him in terms of a role on the team but they had to make room on 53.
 
I know there more than a few here that thought highly of Higgins out of college.
I never watched enough of him to form an opinion but I'm convinced that Cleveland still has no idea what they're doing.

They could stash him on the PS. To their defense, he hasn't flashed much since being drafted and they're basically replacing him with Seattle's Kasen Williams, who's had a fairly solid preseason.
