2018 NFL Draft

You guys are doing good so far. Trust me you guys will be a playoff team this upcoming season.
Ice bowl, you seem like a very nice guy. And I am not really one to talk as I am not very active here, but I want to warn you. You consistently make very optimistic comments about a team that is not your own and I believe that the people on here see that as disingenuous. I appreciate your kindness, and keep being yourself, but be mindful that things may be interpreted differently than you intend. Goodnight my friend.

whats the deal with the steelers just taking whatever fucking db whenever the fuck they want? like hey we need a safety, and we can get this guy a whole round later but lets take him anyway. did it with artie burns and sean davis and now edmunds. like maybe those guys wouldnt have lasted that long, but damn, consider the top player just once, rather than going all out for need every first round
Golson in 2nd, too.

important to note and joe hortiz just stressed it - hayden hurst has ridiculously safe hands and harbaugh has stressed in the offseason taking receivers who can catch - that's what we've done i suppose so we should have seen this coming

nah - ice bowl has been incredibly genuine and positive on this forum the whole time and engaged with the fanbase here and i certainly appreciate that so i dont think theres much he's shown that could be interpreted as disingenuous

If he becomes Jason Witten for us I'll be as stoked as a Paul Lambert-managed team.

ive never once interpreted his posts as disingenuous

I'm happy to admit when I'm wrong. Which is quite often unfortunately. Regardless, I give my most sincere apologies for speaking on the behalf of others.

after seeing isaiah wynns beard im glad we didnt take him. we cant have that shit on our team, what the fuck is that wackass jumbo lambchop growing off the side of his neck

Is there any chance at all that we'll try use Lamar in some other ways than QB to get him on the field? I kinda have a feeling not ... I doubt we'd want to risk the health of someone we may envision being our next QB

Jackson has a long way to go. I don't think there's any question but I'm pretty excited about the possibility of him improving inside the pocket given time.
The idea of developing Lamar behind Joe is intriguing and potentially a great move, especially considering what could be the “5 year plan”, but I just hope he’s smarter than his score shows. To put it mildly, that 13 doesn’t instill a great amount of confidence.

I hear you. Joe has frustrated us at times, but has given us a lot of success. In that way, he is really underappreciated by many.

That said, exploring his replacement here makes sense. If Jackson can be successful, it will be a massive boost to this organization. It is the kind of swing for the fences move we've been hesitant to make and I applaud the boldness.
I definitely think we're going to miss him once he's gone, but in the end you have to consider his health and the way he's responded to his injury--not great at all.

I think this lits a fire in him and could potentially deliver us a SB with Joe leading us there, if so then he has nothing to worry about, the Ravens are pretty much letting him decide his future here.
