i know MP is maybe one of the schematically smartest players on the team who Wink even let call the defence in the preseason last year - odd that this seemingly is about offence though...
just a bizarre situation - i get he's passionate but idk what it was that could have got him so incensed... like must have been something he felt was significant and yet i cant see anything obvious
i cant imagine he'd have any issues with the decision to go for it on 4th down

just want to quibble with this
i actually think the OL was pretty good in a very tough situation
2 sacks and 5 QB hits against that bills edge group with a 4th string LT is a pretty decent showing i think
the problem was the 3 or 4 penalties and a couple of key mistakes at key times
but taken as a whole there's a lot to like about this OL from this game
we could use more positives to make it through the week, but I suspect A1A will be back this week.

We gave up 20 unanswered points in the last 32 minutes of the game. The offense actually played well enough to put us in position to take an easy 3 point lead with less then 3 minutes left in the game, so not sure how you can put the loss entirely on them. Yes, they did not play as well in the 2nd half as we would expect, but neither did the D. which is why I say it was a total team loss, including a boneheaded decision by coach to go for 7 Instead of taking a sure lead. Just my opinion.

if it's not a "scheduled one" that almost always means one of these 3/4 things:

End of the day it’s a 3 point loss to one of the best teams in the NFL. I’m not mad, we played like shit and almost had them which means we’re one of the best teams in the NFL

defence has been awful as a unit but Madubuike, Campbell, Humphrey, Peters and Williams have been dragging it out of the gutter every single snap they play (DL in general has played really well)
Banks knows his shit so there's some level of trust, but interesting that no one else has picked up on it yet.
So could be much ado about nothing. If it happens though, it's definitely something and let's hope it's something on the good side for once.

The weather was bad, but it got progressively worse as the game went on. It wasn't really bad until after the Ravens went up 20-3 and got really bad in the third quarter.

I'm saying this simply for conversation's sake... but if MM did get fired already, you'd wonder if part of that could be Anthony Weaver because his unit is the only unit playing some damn good ball on D. Maybe a roundabout way to give props to Weaver.

That is about as best it can be said. No one played or coached well enough for us to win today. But it's frustrating that it all can't get sorted.
