Well of course, I’m actually pissed we haven’t seen lamar take snaps under center for an RPO for 3rd/4th and short.

I’m just speaking for the gadget plays specifically.

Yes, it’s a waste when they know Lamar isn’t going to pass the ball.

Not at all. That’s when they are caught off guard because they don’t expect the throw and it goes for a touchdown. They ALWAYS have to be ready for the throw, even if he hasn’t thrown it yet.

Starting with the proposition that it's a "Do or Die" year for Harball, he gets to the playoffs finally or is ousted, Lamar Jackson is not likely to see a Start until desperation time. Playing a rookie of Lamar's Wonderlic quality is not going to be a successful formula for winning. Guess Ozze drafted him as part of the three year plan. Ozze won't be here in 2019 and poisons DeCost's water with a non viable NFL QB. Harball is fired after 2018, Flacco is released and Decost has a scorched earth season in 2019. Bisciotti in a fit of disbelief and denial institutes a new five year business plan and rehires ozze as GM in 2020. That's the cunning ozze we know!!! He's Baaaack!!!

Really?....hey Ozze, you don't get to do that! You don't get to call your own Trade Ups for a guy that was still going to be there Masterful. Dang I thought ol' Shoe Leather was gone.

Yes, but at this point it hasn’t happened yet, so they are keying on 10 players (with Flacco on the Field) right now and expecting the run and the plays aren’t resulting in much of anything, except loss of momentum. The plays should be run without Flacco on the field. With Flacco on the field, it’s 11 on 10.

Agreed. I saw Flacco basically pull a Jay Cutler on one play where he was out wide and just stood there. I have no problems with them getting Jackson involved, but they need to send Flacco to the bench when doing so unless it's a play where either one of them could end up throwing the ball.

I also don't think it's a great idea to run Jackson out there if it's during a drive in which Flacco and the offense is in a good rhythm. Save Jackson for times that the offense is struggling and put him in there on a 3rd/4th and short or in the redzone when it's 3rd/4th down.

Yeah Flacco on the field as a WR is just pointless. But with Lamar at WR and doing the jet sweeps basically its fine
 
It could be a "comprehensuv plan"...but it doesn't include a Trade of Flacco for tangible value, nor is there a QB on the horizon to justify losing big to win large. Is Flacco "Dealable" after 2018 or is he just a straight up cut? Some would argue we missed that window of opportunity, but yeah, a lesser form with more risk can still be done. Getterdone Ozze!!!!

jamal lewis thinks lamar is the future of NFL... i really dont see it. He has the skillset but he is very inaccurate and throws too many floaters

P-r-o-j-e-c-t. What does that spell? A guy who isn’t supposed to be ready. Be patient. Obviously nothing is for certain but all we can do is wait and hope

It's clearly a pretty biased remark by Lewis. Not sure how he could honestly hone in on Lamar as the future when other young QBs like Mahomes, Watson, Wentz, Goff, etc. have been tearing it up.
