This is fact, in his 2 Super Bowl years he had a grand total of ONE great playoff performance, which was the comeback vs NE in the AFCCG,

The OL doesn't seem to play that well either and the run game usually isn't up to standard. Lamar has to play better but let's be real... it's not just him.

I'm not trying to deflect from the fact he's putting up playoff stinkers. Can't deny it and it's looking very Manningesque. But it's not like everything else around him is working how they should as well. A couple of these we've gotten away from what we do best. Lamar also can't be the reason we lose. Just seems like he's pressing in spots.

I think he will learn from it and will be a great player for us but the Flowers fumble just killed our momentum that game, I think Lamar was about to turn the tide for us. The bank was about to be the loudest it ever would be the next drive, we got robbed of that.

Agreed. A lot of things didn’t go well at many points in that game, but that game was about to turn in a way that I don’t think the chiefs would’ve been able to handle if zay scores there. The defense locked tf in like I’ve never seen a defense do before, and then we aren’t in desperation mode throwing triple coverage lobs to likely in the endzone. I think if zay holds onto the ball and scores we go to the Super Bowl. Our defense was too damn good.

The thing is there was no reason to go into desperation mode. We were on the 25, 2nd and 10 and needed 2 scores, plenty of time on the clock. Just play smart and calm, get the first down and an easier TD, or kick a FG.
More times than not things go against you, gotta stay focused and not do stupid shit to try to recover all at once.

Yeah but the chiefs are not the team to be in that position against, if zay scores there we aren’t in that position.
We feel like we gotta score every time we have the ball because we know the chiefs and have seen how hard they are to stop in one score games. One possession lead never feels secure. And to a degree they’re right to feel that way, Reid, mahomes, and kelce are fucking HARD to stop in those circumstances, but they definitely got in our heads that night and made us do boneheaded shit.
The zay thing wasn’t even boneheaded, just a flukey rookie mistake. But that really put the game in a tough spot.
