Next Up: Vs. Broncos

Michael Pierce and Alex Collins not practicing. Put a fork in this game. it's a loss. The amount of talent we're losing is at standard harbaugh level.

So looking at the number for the Raiders vs Broncos i noticed that Carr was 29/32 for 288 with 1 td and no picks. Thats really good considering their pass rush. Also noticed that keenum was 19/35 with no tds and 1 pick, Raiders defense really isnt good by any stretch, if our defense can stop the run and force Denver to pass regularly we should be able to force some turnovers and win this game.

And please....ffs Harbaugh. Unleash Tim Williams

Lol that doesn't mean they won't play.
He does this every year with someone and it almost always goes the other way. Someone misses a practice earlier in the week with an undisclosed injury of some sort. They end up being fine come gameday. Given that it wasn't major breaking news and nothing bad has come out of it, I'd expect us to be fine. We haven't signed anyone else at RB and we have more than enough depth on the Dline to be fine here. Now, if there is anythig with both, it's likely precautionary. Either way, we need to wait and see what happens. Nothing in the news has stated "their playing time is in jeopardy".

Can't wait to hear about how this is all Harbaugh's fault.

Doesn't seem like it was anything that would keep them both out of the game. Players routinely play injured and Collins had days where he was dealing with an injury of some kind last season but still suited up. If I can recall, Wednesday is usually a walk through practice so they probably just held him out to give him additional time to rest. Same with Pierce.

I don't know why but I've never seen quite a strong overreaction over a week 2 game from any fanbase honestly. Like us playing bad in Cincinatti is anything new lol.

Collins has an illness and Pierce has a foot injury. Judon(hamstring) and Stanley were limited.

I'd be tempted to deactivate judon anyway. Tim Williams needs his reps and this notion that he's not great against the run is flawed. He's pretty good actually.

We were fined 200k for having 2 helmets on the field that can receive play calls in a preseason game.

not only did he fumble the ball through the endzone, but the skins marched down the field for a TD on the drive, putting them ahead.

There were other mistakes in that game. I'm pretty sure this was the game where Tucker lined up as a left footed kicker, which I saw coming from a mile away. That failed and Perriman only getting one foot in bounds on the final drive that could have sealed the win.
And that Tucker "shtick" almost worked if it wasn't overthrown because Crockett was wide open. See, this is the reason why I despise close losses because you start to think of every little thing that could've changed the game.

I actually respect what Sami is doing. While he won't admit it, he's trying to reverse-jinx this team so we'll achieve long-term prosperity. I mean there's this guy on Twitter who's a Spurs and Cowboys fan. He does this shit EVERY time they play. For example with the Spurs, they'll play a sorry team like the Suns in Phoenix and they'll go on a 10-0 run in the middle of the 4th to go up by 3 and he'll say something like "Yep. That's the game. You embarrass me Spurs." Or if his Cowboys are up like 13-7 and their offense went 3-and-out, he'll say something like "14-13 coming up." Basically, I sense @Sami84 is doing the same thing. Correct me if I'm wrong Sami.
