Yeah, needs to show this level for years to be anointed but he definitely has a shot at MVP for 2018 regular season.

and wentz was playing out of his mind last year too

it's undeniable that he's playing as well as any qb in the league - it's tough not to talk about him in those terms - and the way he plays football with this chiefs offensive scheme is historically good

yes production may vary year to year but i completely understand analysts and fans alike getting over excited about him

i had drew brees well ahead of everyone but the cowboys game was a bit of a bump in the road

this 3 game stretch for mahomes is big for his MVP candidacy - he goes against the statistical number 1 defence in the NFL, then he goes against the Chargers in an important divisional game, then he has the seahawks...

brees on the other hand has the fading panthers twice, the bucs and the steelers...

He did play incredibly well and so is Patrick. I think he’s definitely in contention for MVP and may have even won it IMO. That’s a huge step from being the best QB in the NFL.

If Mahomes was on the ravens I’d be going insane, telling everyone he’s the best in the league too lol. The dude makes throws that I’ve only seen guys like Marino and Favre make
