Video Game Thread

Ya not buying another console. Probably just gonna buy a PC if anything. Or just wait till we can stream games on our phones. Which we have the technology to do already....
 
Think its 10 a month and they have a library of games you can download and play. It essentially costs you 2 games a year but you get xbox exclusives when they're released. They also had a real good deal over the summer where for 1 dollar your game pass would expire when your xbox live did. I had for another year and a half so I'm good until next October. I have a HDD attached so I'm just downloading the most random of games. I downloaded goddam goat simulator and still haven't opened it.

I'm tempted to but am trying to resist lol. Football season makes me want to play it, especially given our season so far. I can see for how electric of a player Lamar is that he could be the cover athlete next year.

Lamar better stay his ass off that goddam cover. If you buy the game just accept that it's not a well made product and you just handed a company that gives no shits about you 60. My advice is wait the month and get it for black friday.

I hope so, don't want any Ravens near the cover ever again. That's my plan to wait, checked Gamestop and used is priced at $54.99. I didn't buy Madden 18 but did buy Madden 19 though. Yeah we need 2K or someone else to make a NFL licensed game just like it would be nice for those on Xbox to have a MLB game without having to fork out money to buy a PS4 just to play The Show.

I would stay away from Madden and 2k for a while. They really haven't made anything worth having except roster updates.

Well I agree with you on roster updates and not really much added to the game but the Ravens offense with all the RPO plays is definitely a different experience from the old tired playbook from before. Plus I paid 49.99 so I guess that's a 10$ drop. I never buy the game at the beginning. Just toio many bugs for it to play right. Year after year they can just never put out a good product from the beginning.

They almost always feel the EXACT same as the previous game when they are finished with all the updates.

This is the first Call of Duty I purchase since Ghosts. This by far is the best one since MW2

Platinum games didn't make HZD or spider man tho.....

They did make 2 of my favorite games I've played in the last 2 years tho Nier Automata and Astral Chain (switch only game)
 
blizzcon 2019 was today and DIABLO 4 WAS ANNOUNCED

i know that nobody else here is the pc gaming nerd that i am, but i have been playing diablo since 2003 when i was introduced to diablo 2, i played it on and off until diablo 3 came out in 2012, and ive played d3 pretty regularly since then, but d3 was kinda weak compared to d2 for a lot of reasons, and blizzard acknowledged it and clearly is getting back to the old diablo 2 roots, it looks a whole lot closer to d2 than d3, so im more hyped for this game than ive probably been about any other game.

if anyone is a fan of the diablo franchise id love to play with you. im now on my mission to get myself a gaming pc to replace the upper mid-tier gaming rig my piece of shit brother stole so i can crank tf out of this game when it comes out!
