Definitely surprised Tennessee fired Vrabel, he had no Qb and the team played hard for him, they just outed Jacksonville too. Maybe there’s a ceiling there with his style but you can do worse.

LAC should be the favorite to get Ben Johnson

Would be funny to go from Arthur Smith to Vrabel. They might wanna go in a different direction.

Besides the obvious choice of the Patriots (if Bill leaves), I kind of see the Commanders going in on Vrabel.

So the Titans owner wants everyone to be aligned but she didn't tell the GM that she was firing Vrabel... well then. It seems Ran had no idea that Vrabel was fired at all and just assumed either he was coming back or there were going to be more discussions. What a mess......

Apparently Wink got pissed that Daboll fired his right hand man, Drew Wilkins. Sounds like they were buddy buddy like they were here, but shunning the rest of the defensive coaching staff lol. Wink got pissed, argued, slammed the door on his way out, and hasn't been heard from since.

Just listening to Diana Russini talking to Robert Mays about HC candidates and was talking about how Anthony Weaver's viewed around the league re: his leadership skills...

things he has that teams value:
- player's coach - players love him
- has responsibilities as assistant HC - Harbs put him in charge of identifying coordinator candidates, he's given pre-game responsibilities that might normally be a HC's
- organisational nouse having been part of this ravens successful organisation for a few years now

and while he's not done much coordinating or much of a track record coordinating, he does at least have that year in houston as a coordinator to at least say he's had playcalling experience
