Trade speaks highly of how crappy this class is.
Major statement was taking a CB with questionable traits for possibly moving him to Safety (a position we don't even really need to address).. Talking about projections..

Also 3 picks in round 5 now - 160, 171, and 184. Saying fuck the late rounds where there will be a whole bunch of nobodies

Statistically a 5th round pick is about as likely to be retained as a 7th round pick, at about 35% into their 3rd season.

I don't know. I think Safety is a position we should address. Elliott is in the final year of his contract and he's more of a SS. I'd love Johnson or Ardarius Washington and both are still on the board

For some reason our front office loves safeties despite the position being devalued by the rest of the league, of course you have those rare deep cover 1 safeties who scare QBs but Stephens will never be that.

because other guys play on special teams too and he's not a standout special teamer...
downfield blocking isnt enough to earn a roster spot - not when duvernay's out there as the top return man and probably best gunner on the team - proche might be in trouble too but think the extra year of control and better physicality at the catch-point gives him more of a chance to win that battle

Right now neither Boykin nor Duv are going to be seeing much playtime as a WR, barring a jump in skill from either one, as Duv cannot beat any coverage whatsoever and Boykin's route running is awful. However, they actually do bring value in something unlike proche.
