I think the number one problem for this defense for pressure isn't the outside pass rushers. McPhee is on pace for 22 pressures and 8 sacks. Judon is on pace for 40 pressures and 12 sacks.
Our number one need is an inside passrusher. Someone like Suh or L. Williams. B. Williams and Pierce have two pressures combined all season.
Too often a qb can just step up and avoid the edge pressure because our guys get zero push inside.

Stanley's been playing well since his rookie year. His main issue with that has been his health, but he's talented when he actually plays.

He missed 4 games as a rookie and one game in each of seasons 2 and 3
That's not bad at all.
no that's not bad at all, but I don't believe that's what he's referring to. He's had to play through injury every season he's been here and has still performed very well. Last year he had a very good year, but this year he's at the top of his game and one of the best in the league.

Yeah but if you're on the field, you are good to go. Whole league plays nicked and bruised after about week 3.
I know that and yes no one is ever 100% after week 1 or 2, but I believe you understand where I'm coming from. I'm thrilled we drafted Stanley in 16.

Ever since the KC game he has caught everything that has been thrown his way. The problem is that he isn’t getting targeted allot. His highest target count was 4 against the Steelers. I agree, we need to get him more involved.

Like I said, andrews should’ve rested with Hollywood. Let hurst take his targets, feed Boykin some with Hollywood out, let them make plays and prove themselves.
yeah it's about 9m per season through '23. I'm happy for him.
