I think the problem is more up front and on Roman for not putting him in the best position to succeed and not as much on Lamar.Do you guys think this is a “sophomore slump” for Lamar or a sign of things to come?

He finally had a sack last game when he had to beat someone, wow. Yannick hasn't had a sack, but he has absolutely had pressures. I'm much more in favor of signing Yannick over Judon and if we don't sign Yannick, I still want Judon gone. He's not worth the hassle. If I had to pick between Yannick and Judon right now, I am not sure I pick Yannick. The past few games Judon has made THE big play (or 2) on defense.

Sacks are a terrible metric to judge a pass rusher. He ENDED the game against Indy. They were driving and his 4th down pressure ended that game. That was THE defensive play to seal the game and it was not the first time this season he made it. All it will show up in the stat line is a as a pressure but it killed any chance Indy had of making a comeback.
Sacks are the worst metrick, but he's also terrible agains the run and always making bone head mistakes. Last year was his best year as he basically eliminated them, but this year it's back. I'm tired of him and would rather have Ngakoue, even though he's not good against the run he's a much better pass rusher. He may not drop back in coverage like Judon, but again, I still would rather have him gone. I'll take the comp pick over him.Sacks are a terrible metric to judge a pass rusher. Yes he made the game winning stop, but again he came in un blocked on that stop.he also made the game-winning stop on the 2 pt conversion against the eagles too
I have to be proactive and accept the inevitable. Why would you say this
See, @Nurps , you see the vision.I have to be proactive and accept the inevitable.
so not only do they miss the steelers but their availability for the Cowboys is potentially in doubt too
Does anyone know if proche got open in man or zone when caught that pass?
Yea that shit was nice. Wanna see more of him on gamedaysman - ive clipped the all-22 - it's a really nice route - fakes the slant then plants off his inside foot to spin into the out

Agree on #2. I've been saying it for weeks. I think our minimum record, even knowing what I know today, is 10-6. Maybe we lose to Cleveland or something similar.@JAAM
Got a couple of #SIIEs for the regular season.
1. Dez is getting a TD pass. We throwing up the X in the game day thread when it happens.
2. After we lose to the Steelers, we running the table and ending the season 11-5 (always felt 11-5 was gonna be our record).

We'll be 6-5 and it'll seem like the sky is falling. We'll beat Dallas and Cleveland, and we'll be back in the playoff picture, with three very soft games to finish the year.
