I’d rather see us pay top dollar to a OLB then to a OG. Just think a lack of a consistent pass rush has held this defense back.

I think Maclin has another year left, if he does then we definitely should keep him. Our passing game is much better with him and I understand the injury concerns but he’s the exception. We need depth at the WR position, I really think the move is signing a WR or two, and then drafting one high.

To be fair he does seem to like it here. At his age after next year I could seem him wanting to leave for a chance at a ring. I love for this offense, he and Pryor would be very efficient together I feel.

Was our offer the best on the table? I cant think of another reason why he would come here with our clueless coaching, pop warner offense and shell of a QB. Did they not see how bad we've been? We are a WR graveyard.

If I was Ozzy I would completely gut the offense in the offseason and build around Collins.

Pryor has been having major issues dropping the ball in Washington. Not sure we need another stone handed receiver.

Thanks. We shouldn’t let him go. He has amazing hands and gets off the line so fast. Wish we had an OC that would feed him the ball more.

I think this can be a very good team if we add a pass rush and a WR. I honestly don't believe in blowing this team up, replace the coaching staff if you want but I don't think you clean out the roster.
 
I hope Ozzie can draft a true leader. Just look at what J.Adams has brought to the Jets. Leadership is best shown during difficult times. They don't have it. I just don't see it in Weddle or Flacco or.... They give up way to early and don't fight through it. I think you can recognize that in interviews. If you hear them speak and how they speak, there's just something special in them.
I also hope they cut/don't extend a lot of offensive players like Wallace, Watson, Mallett, West. Ozzie also needs to put an end to failed projects earlier. (Correa, Kaufusi)
On defense I think I underestimated the loss of Orr and overrated Jefferson. But Bowser and T.Williams need to get more snaps. As of now they are hindered by all of their assignments, Pees needs to let them fly to the football. Once they got some confidence and experience they can grow with their taks. Harbs just throws too much at them. This method doesn't work for every player. Waste of a valuable year!
