Just to add.....
On "UNDISPUTED" today...in reference to speaking about the upcoming match up between the Steelers and the Patriots, here is what the guys said;
Shannon: "Steelers, you better be on your best behavior because he (Brady) saw what Joe Flacco did to you (putting up 38 pts). Now, I'd like to think, even though Baltimore have some nice offensive talent, I still, even with Gronk coming back, I believe the offensive talent at the SKILL positions for New England is better than what Baltimore had on Sunday night."
Rob Ryan: "Oh! There is no question! I think New England comes into this game, they're embarrassed but offensively they're going to be all over Pittsburgh!"

Price is not what is hurting us right now. We can spend a boat on a player of your liking outside of QB and will not change our situation with who is calling plays

I also think Flacco has played great football the last two weeks when claiming he is finally healthy. He had the one bad pick but overall the past few weeks he has been solid.

I don't know that we can pin Carr's completions to the lack of a pass rush. Now obviously the fact that we were sending extra bodies without getting home was one of the biggest reasons behind the shredding. And the lack of help put him in a precarious position. But in Carr's case, he struggled early and often despite covering the first read on throws that occurred prior the 3 second mark.
I haven't charted the entire game on his behalf, but I can state that it likely begun with the 8 yard completion to Martavis Bryant. Bryant was the first read, Ben Roethlisberger took a short drop from the shotgun while looking off the safety, and then darted the throw to Bryant on the out route. In a similar scenario, Roethlisberger targeted Brown, running a fade route, on what would've been a 29 yard TD had it been throw just inside of the chalk (Link). The following 28 yard and 43 yard completions to Brown were in an almost identical scenario, the only difference being that he didn't look the safety off. All of the three shots on the fades were against coverages with a single-high safety where we didn't roll (Which falls onto the DC to at least some extent), with more to follow. Then came the completion to Bryant on a 7 yard hitch. Similar variables with the short drop and an offload to the first read. Same goes for the following DPI in the end zone on the wheel route by Brown. And the same for the final 34 yard completion, which had the longest time to throw of the bunch at 2.52 seconds. I ran a stop watch from the moment of each snap until the balls were thrown, and I came to an average of 2.1 seconds between those plays.
Several mentions should be made in that multiple of these throws were spectacular, they were thrown to an other-worldly WR, and it wasn't all to fair to count on Carr in basically 1v1s given that the middle-third safety isn't likely to cover the distance in time. That being said, I would hope to see a starting LCB to be able to at least somewhat handle himself on throws made just over 2 seconds into the play as very little pressure typically arrives before the 2.5 mark barring a breakdown in protection. By my count, he gave up at least 120 yards, not withstanding the missed TD connection, of which Carr has somewhat been fortunate on the season considering Roethlisberger's clear miss to what would've been a deep score to Bryant against Carr in our first meeting. Same goes for Andy Dalton's miss to Cody Core. Despite that, Carr has noticeably slowed down as the season's progressed. He's has currently allowed the 15th most yards allowed behind Jalen Mills, even with the multiple missed deep throws in his direction, and he's roughly in the Top 10 in yards allowed per reception with 14.4. Bouncing back at least some of his behalf would give us a boost down the stretch.

It feels weird to say this but I think we missed ZDS vs Steelers. With him playing, we are usually pressuring more inside, which helps edge rush a lot. He's obviously not as good as McPhee was in that role but valuable presence nevertheless.
he's also an extra body that we missed on the edges given that we had 89 total snaps of defence to dish out - especially given that wormley got no snaps as a replacement we essentially lost 35 snaps (in a normal defensive game - but this game had at least an extra 25% and probably more like 33% snaps than a normal defensive game)

I hate when people try to talk up about Brady being angry or energized. Seriously just stop. Ray, Suggs, or any of other players never needed that. They came into every game giving 100% no matter what.

Joe didn’t take a snap during training camp so I suspected it would take him quite some time to get rolling .
I feel confident he will play well the next three games and get us into the playoffs .

The post wasn't about the Patriots perse but a confirmation to @Edgar comments about the Steelers offensive "SKILL" positions being better than the Ravens.
The guys on the show simply mentioned the same thing but in the context of their upcoming match up with the Steelers and how that the Patriots offensive "SKILL" positions are also better than the Ravens.

To me, this goes with EVERYONE, not just Brady. I mean, you're getting paid millions of dollars to do a job and do it well. You BETTER care. It's cool and all that they have passion when they lose, but if they lose games, well.....so much for passion.
I hear ya, but like my previous post, it was more towards the "Steelers got to play a pissed off Brady" narrative. Same thing with us. The Browns are gonna "play a pissed off Ravens team." Well what happens if the Browns beat this pissed off Ravens team? What then (rhetoric question)?
Well if we lose a game, the Browns game is the game we can afford to lose. Indy and bengals are common opponent games.
