but we had stephens instead of elliott/tavon on that blitz, and we had westry there, a UDFA in his second major game action ever. thus, why we needed to change our approach, to expect those guys to do the same as the starters is absurd and it shows a failure to understand the situation and/or adjust to it.i get it for sure - think they could be more situational with it - i dont actually though have an issue with that call in that spot
if stephens times his rush properly then the receiver doesnt have time to run a double-move
if westry's catch technique is better then he gets hands on the receiver at the stem and disrupts the route timing or is at least in position to hold and interfere if the ball does come out
1 of those 2 things happens and we're not having this discussion
AV sucks ass and we need somebody else at LT if Ronnie is done , which I think he is . AV to me is a backup . We need better .saw that, him and zeitler really drove that run in, and bozeman had a bad snap but he had a beautiful down block to fill in for zeitlers pull and seal off the backside

And basically the same hit on Huntley a few minutes later went uncalled. What’s getting lost in the conversation is the roughing the passer on Oweh. Had they extended the drive further, then got the TD, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to come back and win
Not to mention it's against someone with Olympic level speed, those guys will always be difficult to cover 1v1; you just had to expect a double move there.but we had stephens instead of elliott/tavon on that blitz, and we had westry there, a UDFA in his second major game action ever. thus, why we needed to change our approach, to expect those guys to do the same as the starters is absurd and it shows a failure to understand the situation and/or adjust to it.
Someone here said that Preston reported that he didn't handle his rehab well which is a relief. It's thats the case then maybe it wasn't a botched surgery after all. Still, would be nice to draft a RT who could swing to LT if need be, or a LG who can swing to LT.Literally nothing suggests Ronnie is done. That is pretty much just conjecture by random people on forums. They do need a new RT but Ronnie is most assuredly the LT next season (with hopefully the rest of his body in good shape after getting basically 2 years off).
Bateman is like the male version of Torrey Smith.
If you say so . Even Ronnie said the first two surgeries failed . It would not surprise me if he retired .Literally nothing suggests Ronnie is done. Male version???Bateman is like the male version of Torrey Smith.
Besides that little 4th and 11 playWhen i saw the Red headed Stepchild warming up after Fields got knocked out ,I immediately went to the liquor cabinet and pulled out the strongest liquor I could find. Before I could take a fucking sip ,Dalton had thrown a pass in the flat for a score. I knew it was gonna happen.
Surprisingly though the D handled him pretty well after that.
Bravo to our D and Huntley for making a few key plays to win the game.
Torrey was soft is a criticism he would sometimes get, and unfortunately his final play with the Ravens is one where that criticism came to light big time, in that playoff game in New EnglandMale version???

From a WR profile standpoint I don’t see it either, I only see it from the angle of, Torrey was drafted to be a #1 guy and Bateman is actually that guyI’m still desperately trying to figure out the Torrey comparison though. I don’t get that at all
once Chicago had the penalty to move them back to 4th and 11 I knew what was coming. Thank god, this time, we had some time to recover.Besides that little 4th and 11 play
