I don't really see how or why he'd try to "force" his way out. He's not like a high impact player, and 31 other NFL teams know that. It's not like he's going to have a 10 team bidding war for him if he were a FA.
He may gripe a bit, but if he decides to hold out or do something stupid, every team in the league is going to see that, and I think that decreases the chances of him being traded.
Realistically, he's not back in 2023 under the current contract anyway, and hopefully his agent knows that. So if I were him, I'd go the Baker Mayfield route, which is shut up, play as well as you can, and wait until next year when you'll likely end up as a FA.
