Lamar Jackson

Deshaun Watson is such an impressive QB in his own right. The Bears really f*cked that draft up.
Very well put together guy in his pressers. He seems more coached in a sense. Lamar is just savagely himself! He is so real our Lamar! Absolutely love him. But, I think Watson is a very good QB talent as well.

Stats are meaningless for that idiot, all he cared about was the skin colour.
I thought that Vince comparison was to Vince Carter because he came on to the scene with a bang and then became pretty mediocre. But Lamar is no Vince Carter. He is Michael Jordan. I have watched Michael Jordan play live and followed him since College. I watched Lamar live too. These two have more similarities in their respective sports than differences. They're different totally off the field being from different generations obviously. But, Lamar has the same killer instinct that MJ had. He has the same singular focus on championships. He has the same ability to make his teammates better. He has the same kind of charisma (people can't take their eyes off either of them). So there you go. Scoff away or snigger if you will, but I'll be proven right in a couple of years.

all Gonzalez was saying is that just cause lamar game is more flashy doesnt mean he is better than russ.. he is 1000% correct and thats not even something anyone could debate.

Next season. This staff and his work ethic has set him up for success. I think Culkey has been another piece that's really helping this offense out
I do as well and it would be interesting to see who we would have replace Greg Roman if we lose him. Would it be David Culley, who is the current pass game coordinator or James Urban or would we go outside the organization. Lets just hope we don't lose GRo.

Shit we might lose wink also

He sent Tyrod Taylor to the Pro Bowl, and Colin Kaepernick to three straight NFCGs and a SB. Also coached Andrew Luck in college to the tune of the #1/#1 pick. That's a little bit of variety on his resume; and that's just on the offensive side. He was a defensive asst early in his career (and played NT as a young man); also was a strength-&-conditioning asst.

That's a very broad experience base for a HC candidate.

One little thing I love about Lamar is his shiftiness in the pocket to allow himself more time to complete a pass. Can't remember which quarter it was, but it kinda looked like one of their defenders had him but he quickly shifted to the right to make the play.

Was it Geno Atkins? There was a play like that in Baldy's breakdown.

There was also one on the first drive - pass to Andrews after a bomb to Hollywood. Only he moved little to his left to avoid rusher.
agree he has great footwork in the pocket to avoid pressure. Amazing pocket awareness and his ability to read a defense in his first year starting is absolutely insane.

Lamar when he sees defenders in the open space:
