Next Up: @Steelers

Just a backup C is all. Don’t expect him to play or anything.
Have a friend who’s a bears fan and the rest of their fan base seems to agree this guy was great pre injury. He just can’t stay healthy but is incredible on the field. If that’s true,

We need he and jimmy in a rotating game schedule to minimize chances of them getting hurt lol

It's time, that week has come.

Kinda concerned about our lack of ints, we only have 3 on the season and two were peterman passes. We have a -1 turnover margin. It was such a big part of us last year.

I expect that number to go up when Jimmy comes back from suspension. Gonna be very hard for QBs to find anyone open without taking some risks.

in most cases there is a natural variance for INTs - yes you can naturally force some but so much luck is inherently involved in the process of making an INT that it will fluctuate between years - what we can control is the pass rush which will force worse throws etc which will lead to more opportunities for picks (and fumbles)

Unless it's Ed Reed back there waiting

i hate to talk about this again but there is no way you should be involving luck with ints lol. There is no such thing

a huge amount of INTs are luck-based - im not saying every INT individually is fully luck but the end of year numbers for a defence will naturally fluctuate because of how much luck is involved in the process of so many INTs

Lets remember what happens when jimmy returns...

One side of the field is blanked, QBs aren’t even looking his way, Humphrey has been blanking guys too, so on the other side we have Humphrey and TJ who are very disruptive, and Tavon who sticks like glue, with jimmy back on the field it basically shrinks the field of play, targeting jimmy is a int or incomplete almost every time, the qb is forced to throw into extremely tight windows and try to pick apart soft spots in a handful of playmakers all while timing is thrown way off.

With Brandon Carr out there you either dedicate safety help, Opening up one side of the field, or you leave a liability 1v1, Carr isn’t horrible but he’s the clear weak link. We led the league in turnovers last year because we forced teams to attack a crowded area, that was largely thanks to jimmy.

When jimmy returns we will get back to forcing turnovers.

You keep saying luck luck luck but you’re not backing that up with anything. Explain what’s lucky about a “huge amount” of INTs

Bud Dupree’s int was pretty lucky. He got torched and then fitz overthrew the wrong guy and it plopped right into Dupree’s hands. That was a bullshit fluke int if I ever saw one lol

It’s also improved by our back to back 5 forced turnover games to start off last year lol. I just hope our rush can get it together

so its luck cause fitz is in inaccurate? And luck cause dupree player his assignment which landed him in a position that cause him to get an int?

on a side note, Ryan Jensen the highest paid C in the league? He was an utter joke last night.

I dont believe luck. Never did and never will. Qb making inaccruate throws which results in ints arent luck! Cbs catching tipped ints due to ball skills and timing isnt luck! Missed gaming winning fgs because the K’s suck isnt luck. Idk man, i just dont see it. Its like an excuse

let's hope Jimmy is in top condition and not declined. Couldnt they have just given him a 3 match suspension? :/

mofos. Somehow Vontaze Burfict and Josh gordon are still in the league.
