I would tell that to the people who use wins to judge Burrow just as I am telling that to you right now. Burrow is better for reasons you can actually analyze so using wins is a low football IQ way to go about it. The only thing your example shows is that Lamar Jackson is better than Tyler Huntley. That is the ONLY thing you have shown because the only time you can use wins is when comparing 2 QBs on the exact same roster which only applies when one is starting and one is the backup. You have successfully demonstrated that a top 10 QB is better than a top 45 QB. Mahomes is the best QB in football but if you put him on the Cardinals they are not making the playoffs and Mahomes would STILL be the best QB in football.
I would mock Cowherd because he is basically a poor mans Skip Bayless. He does not actually know anything but comes up with hot takes and flips them constantly to just keep being in the press.
When you have a player who is more accurate deep and short, has more velocity, makes better decisions, has a quicker release, protects the ball better, reads defenses better, and is more available, than that is enough to outweigh Lamar being more mobile. The thing is though you could do the same thing for Burrow versus everyone else who is not Mahomes and come up with the same result and that is why he is the second best QB in football and there is a gap between 2 and whoever you want to call 3.
