Tuesday, 6/2/2020, Hillary Clinton was in court and lost her case about the missing emails and will have to testify in September.

Yesterday, 6/3/2020, Rob Rosenstein had to testify; and his admission exposed heinous plot against Trump.

Today, 6/4/2020, the Senate voted to subpoena Obama officials in the Obamagate case.

Additionally, this is the summer before a presidential election cycle. Do you know when the last time protests and riots broke out in the streets of America under the guise of racial equality? The summer before LAST presidential election cycle.

Factions have orchestrated a take over of the movement for their own political gain. The rioters and looters do not represent the heart of the movement for racial equality.

One last thing, before I check out because, as you can tell, I am getting very pissed off. This thread is has gotten very toxic. The moderation is non-existent. When members are allowed to tell each other to “Go fuck themselves,” post pictures of the thin blue line flag peeling away to reveal a Nazi flag, to post “Fuck the police,” and call the police “fucking Nazi’s,” I get EXTREMELY OFFENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a stepson who is Jewish, I hate Nazi’s, and to be called one is extremely fucking offensive!!!!!! I am questioning right now whether I am even welcome here anymore. It didn’t have to get like this if the moderators would have cracked down on all this rule breaking!!!! At this point it is just so toxic, it should be shut down, but we have an extreme left wing moderator on here, constantly posting, that likes this rule breaker’s political agenda, so he does not enforce the rules, therefore I am taking my gloves off.

most of sami's pseudo-science breaks the forum rules for misleading content but within the bounds of this thread has been allowed

if you want to engage on the subject of police brutality then of course people are going to have an opposite opinion to yours because you have the unique perspective of being a police officer - but that doesnt mean that legitimate grievances with with police links with far right white supremacy and racially-motivated violence are not to be discussed

i will admit that there have been testy exchanges and i should "police" (if you'll pardon the use of that word) the swearing etc. more

but in the political climate at the moment, if i moderated and deleted all posts that didnt have legitimate sourcing behind them, almost all of sami's posts would have been deleted and then i would have been railed at

but clearly from the rest of your post you're not really just worried about swearing or fact-checking - you're more worried that you find the positions some of us hold offensive because of our political leanings

well i'll put this out here officially just so you understand my perspective...

almost all of you (who demonstrably have conservative leaning values - of whatever strength) have said things that i find offensive - the only time i have moderated any of those comments has been when someone used a racial slur against muslims

some of the views y'all hold are toxic and offensive and they often make me think less of you but i dont use the powers i have as a moderator even when this thread turned into a far-right echo chamber because many of you would claim censorship

if you would like me to be harsher on allblack for his swearing and others then understand there would be repercussions also levied on those who say things that can be deemed offensive or misleading

so people need to consider all the above points before demanding i moderate this thread differently

I think the idea of this thread is to have well-mannered discussions about politics and world affairs. It only works if we don’t insult each other. If you don’t agree what a certain member writes, then provide logical counterarguments. If a member insults you then don’t do the same. This leads to nothing fruitful.

I have made some great friends on here and I am going to miss many of you, but I think it is best if I leave. I apologize to all for some of the language in my posts this past week. My parents did raise me better than that, so I am very sorry. I want to wish everyone well and hope there are no hard feelings. In closing, I want say one thing that I feel compelled to say because we are all fans of the Ravens. Baltimore is a very dangerous place! Fifteen years ago, I would bring my wife in the city and take her to some of the nice areas and walk around the Inner Harbor, Lexington Market, Federal Hill, Little Italy, Greektown, Fells Point, Canton, Harbor East, Hampden at Christmas.....she really enjoyed it....but that has all stopped. I refuse to let my family step foot in the city anymore. It is just too dangerous. Trust me, there are angry young men walking around that will run up behind you and punch you in the face for no reason. They will rob you in broad daylight!!! If you don’t give money to many of the squeegy kids (many are not kids), they will destroy your car. If you get lost and end up in a bad neighborhood (Public Housing areas or you see a lot of vacant or broken down homes), get out ASAP!!!! If you go to a game at M&T, stay with the crowds and be extremely careful. Watch your back and know your surroundings! Please take care of yourselves and stay safe. God bless!

Have you ever been shot at, attacked by knife wielding individuals? I have multiple times. Guess what, I would have been justified killing these people, but I never fired a shot. I have also had people point pellet guns at me in the dark, but they are still alive because I risk my life by hesitating to make damn sure I don’t kill someone that don’t need to be killed. There are a lot of officers like me. We are not your enemy. Quit trying to push a narrative that we all are like this. You are not on the front lines! You have no idea what it is like to police in a violent city. There are multiple shootings and murders everyday and it is just not reported. You go on with your daily life oblivious to what it is like to live in fear. People don’t talk to the police because if they do they get there house burned down with their families inside! This shit isn’t a joke and the police are not the enemy. We are the only thing standing between hardship and complete mayhem and lawless chaos. Learn the real truth before you type this bullshit.

You all may think Sami is crazy, but he is making good points. The left wing media fuels this bullshit! Just before this shit broke out, Joe Biden just said, “If you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black.” It was a major fuck up that was gaining traction, then George Floyd was murdered. Every police officer on the planet, has agreed this is murder and agrees this asshole should be charged with murder! He was! Instead of the community and police coming together in unity on this, it immediately went to a bad place because the coals were stoked by the mainstream media. It did not have to get like this. The law enforcement community would have stood with the community on this one if we were given the chance. We weren’t!

So tell me something, what does your experience in a violent city have to do with George Floyd? Philando Castile? Sandra bland? Eric Garner? What does it have to do with what is going on now with police squelching civilians of freedom speech? Entrapment and excessive force and firepower against people who are just standing there with signs? Stop deflecting. We get what you are saying, you aren’t getting what we are saying. You have this undying allegiance to the police even when they’re wrong, it takes a clear blatant murder on film for you to condemn ONE officer and you firmly believe that beating the shit out of people for protesting an injustice is fine. If you can’t see the pattern and say to yourself “maybe the culture around police needs some reforming” then you’re right we won’t see eye to eye.

All you are witnessing now on his deranged twitter feed, his press appearances, removal of people in oversight committees, judicial system, army, etc. and what's happening on the streets is, I'm afraid, just a dress rehearsal.
