The NFL “analysts” out there are really irking me with this idea that the NFL scouts missed on Huntley now. Nothing has changed from the evals coming out of college. They also crucify other QBs for throwing 5 yard passes all game but for some reason they didn’t see it at all with Huntley.
Could be more so the poise, composure and situational awareness he has shown that is impressing people. Don't need to analyze a bunch of tape to see that. I know I have been impressed in that regard, pretty remarkable for a guy with so little NFL game experience.

We have people out here questioning if we should move on from Lamar in favor of Huntley now. I think Huntley has shown a lot of that intangible stuff too but it's more than that.

I just hope Lamar is back this week because I really don't want to see Huntley vs the Bengals defense.

Yeah, I think the media always tries to spin up QB controversy whenever they can, and social media is just piling on. I saw one comment where someone did a strawman analyses of what we could get in return for Lamar, then added in the cap savings by signing Huntley in his stead.
Then they said we could get a bunch of quality players with the draft capital and cap space.

@JoeyFlex5 You can't argue with what I said. What I said is true. Lamar would get his ass handed to him if he played like shit Lamar and not Action Jackson. In many ways, you're correct. I do want Lamar replaced. The current version of shit Lamar for Action Jackson Lamar.

Lamar before his injury against the Bengals defense would be far worse than Huntley lmao

I have a hunch and it is truly nothing more than hunch, but a hunch nonetheless that Lamar has learned some things form his games plus Huntleys. Now I'm hoping GRo did as well. If they did, Lamar will get back on track towards owning the Bengals. If not, then it will be ugly for both of them

I mean there’s a reason many of us liked him when we picked him up and there’s a reason he probably should have been drafted but to say his draft evaluation was wrong is just revisionist history

Yea, all it will take is one team to shut him down exposing his one read then run mentality and then it will be clear why Lamar is the better option

LMAO, bro. Geno Stone didn't move at all and deadass stared at Adams before he made his move. I couldn't help but laugh.

There's talking up and then there's acting like he's now a superstar. Proud of the kid for what he did but it's just so ridiculous that these so called analysts don't even watch the tape to back up what they're saying.
key words in this post. "So Called Analysts"

It was Robert Jackson that messed that play up. A guy with zero experience outplayed by one of the best route runners in the game. It irked me that commentators and coach hyped that up so much.
